The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Solicitor/Associate (1-5 years PQE) to join this firm\’s highly rated team in either Bristol or Exeter. The team advises clients on a wide range of real property issues, including business lease renewals, rent recovery, service charges, dilapidations, telecommunications, forfeiture, adverse possession, easements, land registration, and more.
You will work closely with experienced litigators on contentious and uncertain situations, representing clients in court, tribunals, arbitrations, and mediations.
