What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing your own caseload of complex property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, rights of way, boundary disagreements, restrictive covenants, lease renewals, and adverse possession.
- Acting as a trusted adviser to clients, delivering strategic and commercially aware legal advice.
- Contributing to the firm's business development efforts in the region and building long-term client relationships.
- Mentoring junior lawyers and supporting team development through guidance, supervision, and collaboration.
