The Role: You will join a friendly, supportive and professional team. The Property Litigation department has seen an increased workflow in recent months and under good leadership are looking to further expand the department. The caseload will be broad but include:
- Professional negligence

- Contract disputes
- Arbitration
- Mediation
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Break notices
- Termination of leases
- Possession
