Property Litigation Solicitor | Tunbridge Wells | 1+ PQE
Join a Chambers & Legal 500 recognised property litigation team, handling high-quality disputes for developers, investors, charities, and private clients.
The role
You’ll work closely with experienced partners and associates, gaining exposure to a broad range of property disputes, including:
- Commercial & residential landlord and tenant matters
- Service charge and boundary disputes
- Adverse possession, rights of way, and title issues
- Enfranchisement and lease extension claims
- Possession proceedings and development-related disputes
From day one, you’ll benefit from direct client contact, structured mentoring, and early responsibility, while being supported to develop your technical and commercial skills.
