The Role
- Managing a broad caseload of property disputes for both commercial and residential clients.
- Advising on landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, boundary issues, rights of way, adverse possession claims, and enforcement of covenants.
- Delivering tailored, strategic advice to clients while ensuring the highest standard of legal service.
- Providing guidance and supervision to junior lawyers, supporting their professional growth.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A qualified solicitor in England and Wales with at least 5 years' PQE in property litigation.
- A strong background in handling complex disputes with a proven record of successful outcomes.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage high-value cases independently.
