The Role
The firm is seeking a motivated Property Litigation Associate to join its busy and growing team.
You will:
- Work on a wide range of high-profile property litigation matters.
- Take on real responsibility from the outset.
- Build your own client base over time.
- Collaborate closely with leading partners and senior lawyers (many focusing on prime London real estate for HNW and UHNW clients).
Caseload includes:
- Professional negligence.
- Dilapidation claims.
- Contract disputes.
- Arbitration & mediation.
- Landlord & tenant disputes.
- Break notices, lease terminations & possession proceedings.
