This thriving, award-winning, Legal 500 firm seeks to continue its recent expansion with a Real Estate Finance Solicitor 1-4+ PQE who can come in and hit the ground running. You will join their North London office where you will be surrounded by a team of leading individuals.

The Role: The firm are looking to hire a Real Estate Finance Associate 1-4+ PQE into their flourishing North-London practice. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving, award-winning outfit that is led by a team of partners known for their outstanding expertise. You will deal with a wide range of property finance matters on behalf of both borrowers and lenders. The firm have established relationships with bridging lenders and mainstream banks who are looking to ramp up their workload in the coming months.

Requirements:

• You will be a Real Estate Finance Lawyer 1-4+ years PQE
• You will have strong technical knowledge with property finance
• You will have experience working within secured lending
• Excellent communication skills are essential
• You will work well as part of a team
