The firm are seeking to hire a Real Estate Finance Partner to join their growing real estate finance team, their office is based in the heart of the West End of London.

Growing Department: You will collaborate closely with a couple of other highly regarded Banking and Finance Partners; you will also work closely with the corporate commercial teams. You will be at the forefront of this growing department working with the other partners to drive the department forward, you will also lead a team of junior lawyers.

Varied Caseload: You will deal with both lender and borrower matters, across both residential and commercial property matters. You will work closely with the firm's real estate department. This opportunity will place you at the forefront of an ambitious team which is continuing to go from strength to strength. You will lead this department and will shape its future. You will work with the Head of Department to drive the department forwards, you will be involved with planning and strategy, as well as mentoring more junior members of the team. You should be ambitious and someone who enjoys developing new business and building new relationships.

You will be a Property Finance Solicitor with at least seven years PQE (no upper limit). Salary and package are negotiable depending on your background and experience, there is also a lucrative bonus structure that allows you to boost earnings by way of billings.
