Professional Support Lawyer - Commercial Disputes

In this role you will carry out top-quality work and be dealing with some of the most high-profile clients in Europe, such as global household names to brand new start-up organisations, you will always be exposed to a high standard of Commercial Litigation business. You will become an essential part of the L500-ranked Litigation team, working closely alongside a collaborative team of PSLs. Upon joining the team, your main responsibilities will include:

• Assisting on firmwide litigation projects.
• Design and monitor the training of junior colleagues.
• Keep databases up to date with the most relevant information on Commercial Disputes, ensuring the team can continue to provide a high-quality level of service to their clients.
• Support the development and execution of IS and other process / efficiency improvement projects across the team.
• Conduct regular briefings for the whole litigation department.
• Collaborate with the National Head of Knowledge and the firm-wide PSL group to support the creation and execution of the national knowledge management and training strategy.

The Ideal Candidate

• Has 6+ years of experience working in Commercial Litigation
• First-rate drafting skills
• Demonstrated an eagerness to add to business development opportunities
• Has strong attention to detail and organisation
• First-rate interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Can manage a varied caseload with a range of clients
