Private Client Solicitor Opportunity – Join a Respected Private Client Team in Whitstable, Ken

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) to join a highly regarded and well-established Private Client team in Whitstable, Kent . This role offers the chance to work on a diverse range of private client matters, providing high-quality legal services to a loyal and expanding client base.

Their Private Client team is highly respected for its expertise in wills, estate planning, and administration and is a cornerstone of the firm\’s exceptional client service.
The Role

As part of this growing team, you will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including:

Drafting wills, deeds, and legal documents

Advising on estate planning and inheritance tax strategies

Managing estate administration for both lay executors and the firm as a professional executor

Providing advice on trusts, including their use and administration

Preparing and registering powers of attorney

Offering guidance on general private client matters

You will have the autonomy to build and develop your caseload while benefiting from a supportive and collaborative environment.
Requirements

A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) with experience in private client law.

Proven ability to manage a varied caseload of private client matters, as outlined above.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centric approach.

Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
