Due to exciting growth plans, this firm are now seeking a Private Client Lawyer to specialise in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) and Probate. (Expertise in estate planning and contentious probate would be also advantageous)

Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting Wills and LPAs
- Managing probate matters and estate administration
- Advising on estate planning and trusts
- Handling contested probate cases
- Providing compassionate client support
- Building long-term client relationships
- Driving departmental growth
Skills Required:
- Experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive (likely 2 years+ PQE) with a strong private client background
- Ideally with experience in estate planning and contentious probate
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage cases independently
- Commercially minded and team-oriented
