Key Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) , ensuring clients receive exceptional service and attention to detail.
Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, maintaining clear communication and addressing any queries with care and professionalism.
Handle complex and high-value matters, demonstrating your expertise and growing reputation in private client law.
Achieve annual billing targets , ensuring efficient and prompt billing of files.
Contribute to the firm\’s growth by engaging in business development activities such as networking, blog writing, and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
Build strong, lasting relationships with both clients and colleagues, working collaboratively in a positive and supportive environment.
Skills and Experience:
A qualified Solicitor (1+ PQE) or CILEX professional with solid experience in private client law.
Strong knowledge of wills, probate, and LPAs , with a clear understanding of office procedures and file management.
Excellent time management, organisational, and administrative skills.
Comfortable using IT and case management systems to streamline processes.
A proactive, solution-focused team player, eager to provide outstanding client service.
