The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Private Client Solicitor with 1+ years PQE to join the firm\βs thriving private client department in Exeter, Devon. This role offers a varied and fulfilling caseload, focusing on tax, trusts, and estates. You will be responsible for managing tax returns for individuals, trusts, estates, and charities, while advising clients on inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and income tax. You will work closely with the probate team on estate tax returns and have the opportunity to handle complex, high-net-worth client matters, including those with international assets and intricate business interests.
With a client base that includes high-net-worth individuals, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the long-term growth and success of the department, particularly through business development.
