Are you an England & Wales qualified Private Client Solicitor (NQ–3 PQE) looking to take the next step in your career, while also exploring the opportunity to relocate?

This role is with an ever-growing and highly ranked L500 boutique Scottish firm in Edinburgh, which offers a unique chance to combine high-quality work with a genuine work-life balance.

Role

Upon joining this highly regarded and dynamic Private Client department, you will work across a broad, varied caseload advising families, business owners, entrepreneurs and HNW individuals. This role offers hands-on exposure to:

  • Asset protection and estate planning
  • Business continuity and succession
  • Trusts and executries
  • Tax considerations
  • Powers of attorney and guardianship matters

From smaller family estates to complex high-value trusts, the breadth of work ensures depth and diversity in your practice, giving you the experience needed to build a name in the Private Client space. You’ll also be encouraged to manage your own clients and cases with increasing autonomy and influence.

Your Experience

  • An England & Wales qualified Solicitor (NQ–3 PQE) with relevant Private Client experience
  • Comfortable managing your own caseload
  • An excellent communicator with a commercial mindset
  • Empathetic, with a genuine interest in long-term client relationships
  • Looking to grow your expertise and reputation within a collaborative and progressive firm
