This firm is looking for a Wills Trusts & Probate Senior Associate to join their Specialist Private Client team in Manchester.

They invest heavily into ensuring they are using and utilising the best technology available and have good infrastructure and excellent support teams, allowing you more time to focus on generating fees and having more client contact. The firm has a large mix of clients and works with some big names both from the City as well as the affluent area they operate in, making an interesting and varied client base. A large number of these clients have been long-standing with the firm and often offer repeat business which gives you a flavour of their success. Some businesses use the firm as their outsourced legal department. The Role
The firm is seeking to hire an ambitious Senior Associate, Trusts & Probate Solicitor who wants to springboard their career joining one of the largest independent Law firms in the North West out of their busy and growing Manchester Office. The individual will play a significant role in the overall continued growth and success of the department. Their Specialist Private Client department is highly ranked in both the Chambers and Legal 500. The Private Client department provides City expertise, in a modern way and with more flexibility in terms of fees compared with that of city firms. The department works predominantly for UNHW individuals and Business owners. You will find real variety in the type of client base and work, making for a more interesting role. The typical matters you would work on a day-to-day basis would include:
- Estate Administration
- LPAs
- Applications to the Court of Protection
- Preparing Tax efficient Wills
- IHT and Asset Protection Advice
- Lifetime Trusts and Family Investment Companies
Requirements
- You will be a Private Client Senior Associate (6+ PQE)
- Excellent communication skills
- You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail
- You will be commercially minded and enjoy business development and marketing
