Private Client Knowledge Lawyer

Ashfords’ highly respected Trusts and Estates team is looking to recruit an experienced Knowledge Lawyer to join the team on a part‑time basis (3‑4 days per week) in Exeter.
In this non‑fee earning role, you will provide essential knowledge and training support to the Trusts and Estates department. You will help keep the team at the forefront of legal developments, ensuring fee earners have access to the latest legal insights, market practices and internal resources to deliver outstanding service to clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Keeping fee earners up to date with the latest legal developments and market practices
- Delivering regular updates, training, and maintaining internal protocols, guidance notes, precedents and templates
- Supporting the department in providing advice on wills, trusts, tax planning, probate and wealth preservation for high‑net‑worth individuals and families
What we’re looking for:
- A qualified and experienced Private Client lawyer, ideally with knowledge management or professional support lawyer experience
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a proactive, collaborative, and flexible attitude
- Ability to build effective relationships with partners, colleagues and clients
