The Role: Due to an increase in workflow, this firm seeks a Private Client Head of Department with 7+ PQE to join their growing Top Tier Legal 500 ranked North London outfit. The practice is using the most modern case management software/systems and is always looking for ways to evolve and maintain their 21st Century approach to matters. The directors have a wealth of experience and a strong reputation and are willing to train new members of staff to become managers, directors, etc.
The Private Client department deals with an excellent quality of work, including but not limited to Wills (Contentious & Non-Contentious), Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA), Inheritance Tax, Estate management, and the handling of more complex matters. This firm is looking to invest in individuals for the long term and actively encourages internal promotion. As a result, there is a genuine and clear prospect for career progression.
