The Role
In this role, you will join a highly respected, knowledgeable Private Client and Residential Conveyancing team. The firm is looking for an NQ to work with a motivated team in their Inverness office.
Regarding private clients, you will be offered a refreshing mix of work. You will be providing relevant advice on asset protection, tax planning, wills and executry. This firm has a well-respected private client team in Inverness, so there will always be work for a range of clients in their network.
Your role will also focus closely on Residential Conveyancing, managing residential transactions, landed estates, crofting law and rural conveyancing. Being based in a rural area of Scotland, this will offer you the chance to gain urban and rural exposure to residential property.
Covering two practice areas, the firm asks that the right candidate have experience in both fields while having a passion to continue to grow their career across both.
