The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Planning Associate with at least 2 years PQE to join a leading planning team based in Bristol . The team is involved in a wide range of high-profile matters, including large-scale strategic developments, nationally significant energy and infrastructure projects, and contentious planning issues such as enforcement, compulsory purchase, judicial reviews, and appeals.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload while supporting other teams in the firm on property acquisitions and disposals. You will have the opportunity to work on a broad spectrum of planning matters, including planning obligations, community infrastructure levy, lawful development certificates, and highways issues.
Additionally, you will work closely with clients, providing strategic advice on regulatory matters and assisting with major development projects from inception through to completion.
