They’re seeking a senior solicitor or trade mark attorney with some established client relationships and the ambition to grow something long-term.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising on brand strategy, trade mark registration and global portfolio management.
• Conducting clearance searches and assessing risk and enforceability.
• Overseeing the preparation and filing of UK and international trade mark applications.
• Managing contentious and non-contentious IP issues including oppositions and enforcement.
• Drafting and negotiating trade mark licences and related agreements.
• Leading client relationships and supporting marketing and business development initiatives.
• Mentoring and supervising junior lawyers and team members.

The Ideal Candidate

• A qualified solicitor or UK trade mark attorney with senior associate or junior partner experience.
• Strong client base or portable following, ideally in creative or brand-led sectors.
• Broad trade mark experience, including clearance, filing, enforcement, and strategy.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team mentality someone who’s keen to contribute to the growth and culture of the team.
• Demonstrable leadership capability and a track record of client development.
