This Leading Legal 500 firm boasts a modern, forward-thinking approach and a reputation for being a market leader. Due to increased workflow, they are now seeking a Residential Property Partner to join a rapidly expanding and highly successful team.
The Firm: Based in Central London, this practice continuously punches well above its weight and has unequalled experience and knowledge for a firm of its size. Culturally, this practice is dynamic and promotes freedom, autonomy and flexibility alongside an entrepreneurial spirit. In addition, there is flexible working from home up to three days a week.
The Role: This Legal 500 accredited firm now seeks a Residential Property Partner 10+ PQE to join its highly-reputable organisation. You will be joining a friendly, supportive team of highly experienced Lawyers who look to really invest in their staff and offer significant career progression. This role will allow you to become a crucial part of a flourishing, highly skilled and experienced team with a specific focus on Residential Property transactions. This includes freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and more. This will be a hands-on role in working with high-end estate agents and having a real variety of work.
Requirements:
- You will be a Residential Property Partner with 10+ relevant years of PQE
- You will be a dynamic and personable individual
- You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- You will enjoy working in a client-facing position and be able to develop rapport
- You will have previous experience in managing a team/department
- Experience in training or mentoring juniors is advantageous
