The firm is now seeking an accomplished Banking & Finance Partner to join its existing team in the heart of London's West End. As a key player in the firm's thriving Finance practice, you will work alongside market-leading Partners in a highly collaborative environment. The team provides premium legal solutions to lenders and borrowers on high value financing transactions, with a particular focus on secured lending, corporate acquisitions, property finance, and development finance.
You will be joining a team that already includes a highly experienced Partner known for advising on all types of secured financing arrangements, from short term bridging finance to complex senior and mezzanine lending structures. The team regularly drafts and negotiates loan and security documents for property developments, corporate acquisitions, and investment transactions, working closely with real estate and corporate law specialists to provide a seamless service. Additionally, they act for a diverse client base, including private lenders, family offices, financial institutions, and offshore trusts, as well as individual and corporate borrowers across a range of industries.
As such, this role is ideal for a Banking & Finance Partner with an existing network of clients looking to leverage a strong platform to elevate their practice further in collaboration with their existing lawyers.
