The Firm:An exciting opportunity has arisen for a ambitious Commercial Litigation Partner to join a growing, entrepreneurial West-End firm with big plans.

This Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked practice competes with much larger firms while maintaining a genuinely collaborative culture . With recent Partner hires from Top 50 and Top 100 firms , new Central London offices, and plans to double in size, the firm is entering a significant growth phase.

The Role:You will:

Lead on high-quality Commercial Litigation matters

Oversee a similar number of support staff

Play a key role in the strategic growth of the disputes team

This is a genuine leadership position offering autonomy, visibility, and a clear route to equity.

The Candidate:

8+ years\’ PQE, qualified in England & Wales

Strong academic background

Majority of experience in commercial/general litigation within a small to mid-sized firm

Proven supervision and leadership experience

Commercially astute with strong analytical and problem‐solving skills

Clear, confident communicator with strong business development ability
