What You'll Be Doing
- Joining an established team of experienced lawyers and dedicated support staff, working on a varied and interesting caseload, including:
- Drafting wills, powers of attorney, and declarations of trust
- Handling probate, estate administration, and inheritance tax planning
- Supporting vulnerable and elderly clients, including Court of Protection matters
- Assisting with the creation and administration of trusts
You’ll receive close mentorship from senior colleagues and have every opportunity to develop both your technical skills and your client care approach.

- A Qualified Private Client Solicitor, NQ-3 years PQE
- A strong base of knowledge in Private Client law and a passion for helping clients
