The Role
Join this top-tier, Legal 500-ranked Agriculture and Estates team, where you will collaborate closely with experts from the Real Estate and Private Client departments. You will provide comprehensive real estate advice to clients with rural property interests, covering a diverse range of matters, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals of agricultural and sporting estates
- Advising on land sales for development, including options, promotion agreements, and conditional contracts
- Supporting a wide variety of green energy projects
- Handling agricultural, commercial, and residential landlord and tenant matters
- Advising lenders on secured lending related to agricultural property

- Real Estate Associate 3+PQE with experience in Agriculture
