The Role
You will join a Legal 500-ranked R&I team that acts for a wide range of clients across the private and public sectors. The group advises on restructuring of businesses, insolvency matters, acting for insolvency practitioners, winding up orders, breach of director duty, debt assignments and much more. The team operate across both transactional and disputes related insolvency work, with a focus on the latter.
You’ll work alongside highly regarded partners and senior lawyers, gaining hands-on involvement in high-value matters while developing your own client relationships. The role also offers opportunities to collaborate with the firm’s international offices.
