The Role
You will join a highly ranked Financial Litigation team handling complex, high value and often sensitive disputes within the financial services sector. The work is premium, technical and intellectually stimulating, offering exposure to some of the most significant matters in the market.
Your caseload will include acting for major lenders, investment firms, building societies and a wide range of banking institutions, including clearing banks, international banks, challenger banks and digital banks. Matters are often large scale, multi party and strategically important to clients.
As a senior member of the team, you will work closely with other Legal Directors and the Head of Department, contributing to the continued growth and success of the practice. This role offers real influence, responsibility and visibility within one of the largest specialist finance litigation teams in the country.
The Ideal Candidate
- You will have a minimum of 8 years PQE in Financial or Commercial Litigation
- You will be technically strong, commercially minded and confident handling complex disputes
- You will be ambitious and motivated to progress within a leading international platform
