The Role
The firm is looking for an ambitious Corporate Associate / Senior Associate 4-8 PQE to join their growing team based in Manchester. The team is renowned for the expertise they bring, each offering you valuable insight and training to develop you in your career. Your caseload will cover a multitude of corporate work, including banking & finance, corporate advisory, insolvency, M&A's and private equity. What makes this opportunity stand out is the sheer investment you will have from the partners to develop your own client base and contacts, and stand you in very good stead of other Solicitors at your level and PQE. The department's client base is impressive. They work with an array of well-known brands in a wide range of business sectors. Requirements
- You will be a Corporate Solicitor 4+ years PQE
- You will have trained from a strong commercial firm, either boutique, regional, national or in-house
- You will have first-class communication skills
- You will enjoy business development
Remuneration
Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience, on offer is an excellent benefits package and bonus scheme.
