- Gaining exposure to a variety of work including landlord and tenant, property management, sales and purchases, development & regeneration, and corporate support.
- Negotiating transactions and pitching for work.
- Representing major international and national clients.
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, offering trusted, timely advice and managing expectations.
- Collaborating in a high-performance team to deliver large-scale, high-value projects.
- As a senior team member, help drive the team's development, mentor junior colleagues and assume additional responsibilities.
