In recent years the firm have broadened their expertise in commercial dispute resolution. They have a particular expertise in partnership and corporate disputes, banking and financial services, trade disputes, civil fraud, international arbitration and more.

The Role
The firm is currently seeking to hire a Dispute Resolution Managing Associate (5+ PQE) to join the firms City of London office.
You will be working closely with a Chambers and Partners ranked Partner, advising corporate, public and private clients on a broad range of contentious commercial matters. These are often high value matters with an international element.
Among other areas, you will be involved in litigation in the following areas:

  • Commercial Litigation (Shareholder disputes, Commercial Contracts)
  • Insolvency
  • IT and Software disputes
  • Cross-Border disputes arising over multiple jurisdictions
  • This firm hire with future prospects in mind, you will have no glass ceilings regarding progression and will be given all the support and training to develop professionally.
    This role gives an opportunity to be involved with a large amount of client contact, working with the firm\’s core clients. You will be handling matters in the County, Commercial, TCC, Court of Appeal, High Court and Supreme Court.

    Requirements

  • You will be a Dispute Resolution Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE
  • You will be commercially minded, dynamic and entrepreneurial
  • You should be ambitious and wanting to progress in your career
