This firm is looking to hire a Family Associate to join its well-regarded Family team in the London office, following a sustained increase in workload. The role involves advising on a wide range of private family matters, including divorce, financial remedy work, children matters, mediation and dispute resolution. The work goes beyond 'standard' private family law and includes high-stakes and cross-border matters, acting for both domestic and international clients. For example, you'll be dealing with cross-border financial remedy involving offshore trusts, matters involving family offices or private wealth structures, children cases with international relocation elements, etc. Associates are given early responsibility and direct client exposure, with genuine ownership of matters and the opportunity to work closely with partners in a team that is truly collaborative. You'll be learning directly from experienced, top tier partners that will fast track your development. This approach provides you a strong platform for developing your skillset and shaping a clear plan for career progression.
