The Role involves handling a broad mix of property litigation and civil/commercial disputes for private individuals, landlords, and SMEs. The work is varied and commercially focused, with plenty of client interaction and autonomy from day one. Responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing your own litigation caseload.
- Communicating clearly with clients and maintaining high client-care standards.
- Staying current with legal developments in your specialist areas.
- Handling correspondence, negotiations, and, where appropriate, advocacy.
- Supporting smooth departmental operations, including billing and supervision.
- Contributing to business development and cross-department collaboration.

The Candidate & Benefits: You will be a 1+ PQE Litigation Solicitor with experience in commercial litigation, including contractual disputes. Strong communication skills and experience with privately paying clients are essential. You should have the ability to prioritise, work efficiently under pressure, and maintain excellent written/oral standards. Commercial awareness, problem-solving ability, and strong IT skills are also required. Experience with CFAs/DBAs and prior marketing or networking activity is advantageous.
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience. Leave: 25 days + birthday day. Benefits: Family-friendly policies, workplace pension, performance-related bonus.
