The Role involves handling a broad mix of property litigation and civil/commercial disputes for private individuals, landlords, and SMEs. The work is varied and commercially focused, with plenty of client interaction and autonomy from day one. Responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing your own litigation caseload.
- Communicating clearly with clients and maintaining high client-care standards.
- Staying current with legal developments in your specialist areas.
- Handling correspondence, negotiations, and, where appropriate, advocacy.
- Supporting smooth departmental operations, including billing and supervision.
- Contributing to business development and cross-department collaboration.

Commercial awareness, problem-solving ability, and strong IT skills are also required. Experience with CFAs/DBAs and prior marketing or networking activity is advantageous.
