You will join one of London’s most active teams within the mid-market leveraged finance space, with significant experience across a range of private equity debt financing transactions for both lender and private equity sponsor clients. Advising credit funds, direct lenders, banks, private equity sponsors and portfolio businesses on senior debt facilities, second lien, unitranche facilities, TLB, first out/last out and super senior facilities.
The Role: Joining the firm’s highly respected and sought out Leverage Finance team, you’ll focus on advising a variety of bespoke complex transactions, with a particular focus on leveraged and acquisition finance - from origination, negotiation and documentation to closing. Building relationships with a variety of clients such as banks, private credit funds and other lenders, sponsors and portfolio companies. You will become a key part within this high-performing, cohesive and busy team. Contributing to the growth of the practice by building and maintaining strong client relationships, alongside working closely with the Private Equity team and their HNW clientele.

Requirements: Be a qualified solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE, in leveraged finance and leading on private equity-backed transactions. Able to lead complex matters and collaborate across the team to deliver seamless, high-quality advice.
