The Role offers a broad and high-quality pre-litigation workload; you will have significant exposure across headline matters such as:

You will be advising the team’s high-value clientele of corporations, organisations, financial instruments and banks, HNW and UHNW individuals, public authorities and many more. The Ideal Candidate is an England & Wales qualified solicitor with 2 - 6 years PQE in Financial Crime, Regulatory, Compliance & Sanctions law. You should have experience of sanctions and export controls, ownership & control assessments, payment due diligence, licensing, reporting, enforcement and related litigation. An excellent communicator with strong client relationship-building abilities is essential, along with a proactive approach for future business development and a desire to contribute to the growth of the department. You should have the ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision and take on a high degree of responsibility.
