If you’re a Banking & Finance Solicitor looking for greater ownership of transactions and more direct exposure to clients, this is an opportunity to join a growing London firm where you can take on a senior role within its Banking & Finance offering.

You will work closely with senior lawyers while having the autonomy to manage your own matters, develop client relationships and become a visible part of a practice with strong links across the firm's Corporate, Real Estate and international client base.

This is a growing, multi-service London firm with three offices across the capital and an increasingly international client base. The firm acts for multinational businesses, banking and financial institutions, entrepreneurs, HNW individuals and family offices, with a particularly strong network of overseas clients investing and doing business in the UK.

The firm has developed an extensive network across multiple overseas markets and advises across corporate, finance, property, disputes and wider commercial matters, creating opportunities for lawyers to work across departments and develop relationships with clients requiring advice in multiple areas.

The firm continues to grow its City offering and has developed experience across banking, financial services and corporate finance alongside an established property practice, providing a strong wider platform for a Banking & Finance lawyer joining the team.

You will join as a Senior Associate, advising on a broad range of banking and finance matters with a particular focus on lender-side work.

The practice advises across acquisition finance, corporate lending, real estate finance, asset finance and project finance. Your work can include bilateral and syndicated lending, credit facilities, refinancing and secured lending, alongside negotiating loan agreements, security packages, guarantees and wider finance documentation.

There is particularly strong crossover with the firm's Real Estate practice, creating opportunities to advise on development finance, bridging finance and investment funding. The wider Corporate practice also provides exposure to financing connected with acquisitions and other corporate transactions.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to client relationships and become a visible part of the continued development of the Banking & Finance practice.

  • Strong Banking & Finance experience
  • Experience acting for banks, financial institutions or other lenders
  • Confident handling finance transactions and negotiations with a good degree of autonomy
  • Competitive salary and wider package
  • Hybrid working, 2 days a week in office
  • High-quality lender-side Banking & Finance work
  • A growing London platform with a strong international network
  • Opportunity to play a visible role in the continued development of the Banking & Finance practice

This is a strong opportunity for a Banking & Finance Solicitor looking for greater ownership of their work, direct client relationships and the opportunity to establish themselves as a senior member of a growing practice.
