The firm is seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor 1-3 PQE to join their thriving team focusing on Complex Injury.

This market-leading Legal 500 Law firm is seeking a Solicitor 1-3 years PQE with experience in Clinical Negligence to join their successful team based in the City of London. You will join their respected Complex Injury department, dealing with some of the most serious and high value claims that the firm accommodates. You will be handling a caseload of complex and primarily multi-track clinical negligence claims, commensurate with experience. This position will involve working on the claimant side - so previous experience on claimant matters will be required. The ideal candidate will have a solid knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules and protocols. Requirements:
- Be an enthusiastic solicitor with 1 to 3 years' PQE representing claimants;
- Have an excellent understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and protocols;

- Be hard working, energetic, and sociable, with excellent IT, administrative and research skills;
- Be able to demonstrate a commitment to developing the business of the firm (experience of marketing is desirable but not essential).
