You will be handling a caseload of complex and primarily multi-track clinical negligence claims, commensurate with experience. This position will involve working on the claimant side - so previous experience on claimant matters will be required. The ideal candidate will have a solid knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules and protocols. Requirements:
