The Opportunity

This well-established, award-winning regional firm is looking to expand its busy Dispute Resolution team with a solicitor who can hit the ground running.

With offices across Norfolk and Cambridgeshire , they offer the best of both worlds: the support of an experienced team when you need it, but the freedom to manage your own caseload, from whichever office location suits you best, and whenever necessary to achieve a healthy work/life balance, and happy clients.

You\’ll join a well-established and highly respected regional law firm known for its forward-thinking culture, strong client relationships, and a genuinely friendly, down-to-earth working environment.

You\’ll manage your own caseload, which will be varied and could include:

  • Property litigation
  • Debt recovery
  • Contractual disputes
  • Professional negligence
  • Contentious probate
  • You\’ll be expected to manage files independently, contribute to business development where appropriate, and play a role in mentoring or supporting more junior team members as the team continues to grow.

    Who We\’re Looking For:

  • A qualified Solicitor in England and Wales, ideally with 2+ years PQE in litigation/dispute resolution
  • Solid experience in managing a range of civil or commercial litigation matters
  • Able to work autonomously with confidence, while still being a team player
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
