Commercial Litigation is at the heart of the firm, forming its third-largest department worldwide.
You\’ll have the opportunity to work on major commercial disputes, including:
- Complex, high-value shareholder litigation
- Breach of commercial contracts
- Professional negligence
- Regulatory and insolvency litigation
- General dispute resolution and litigation avoidance strategy

As a senior team member, you\’ll manage your own cases while supporting and developing associates and senior associates.
