This innovative and fast-growing fintech company is seeking a Legal Counsel with strong commercial and financial services experience to join their high-performing legal team. You will work closely with the GC and wider business teams to drive business growth, deliver strategic legal advice, and manage complex transactions.

Responsibilities:
- You will handle a wide range of commercial contracts, supporting key stakeholders, product owners, and teams across the business.
- Acting as a key member of the legal team, you will also cover corporate matters.
- You will work on commercial matters from inception to completion, ensuring all deals align with technical requirements and business goals.
- You will have the opportunity to address broader in-house legal issues, such as dispute resolution, legal research, policy development, and more.
- You will resolve issues that arise in existing commercial deals, providing pragmatic, solutions-focused legal advice to help the business navigate challenges.
Requirements:
