The Role
The firm is seeking to hire an Insolvency Partner to join their vibrant office based in the heart of the West End of London.
- Insolvency is currently handled as part of the commercial litigation team. The department is currently busy with insolvency matters and as such would like to break this off as a department in its own right.
- You will lead the department working closely with the Partners in Corporate Commercial and Commercial Litigation. You will get involved in business development, strategy and will also mentor, supervise and support junior members of the team in time. You will have good support but also the autonomy to shape the department and put your stamp on it.
- You will deal with both matters relating to individuals and companies. The caseload will include; CVAs, Liquidation, Restructuring and Refinancings.
- You should be a rainmaker, ambitious and an individual who has a passion for developing and driving new business.
- You will be an Insolvency Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of experience).
- Package and salary are competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience.
