The Business

With a considerable amount of work coming through on a weekly basis to the legal team, the company are investing heavily to strengthen their in-house conveyancing offering. The team have a fun, fast-paced environment and are looking to continue and increase this growth.
The Role
Based in Central London, you will be at the forefront of the legal team, dealing with matters coming through directly from the sales team, and liaising with all other departments. You will be handling a caseload of residential conveyancing matters alongside your team in-house. You will also be responsible for managing the outsourcing of work and these external relationships. Being at the forefront of the Conveyancing department, you will be part of the management board and help to increasingly establish efficiencies, strategy, training and development of the company as a whole. This is a very exciting role for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor who is looking to take on a diverse, challenging and entrepreneurial role in an already established company.
Requirements:
- You will be a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE (there is no upper limit with experience)
- You will have good experience of working in a busy team
- You will have good management experience
- Good client care and people skills are very important
- You must be a team player and have a meticulous eye for detail
