The Role
You will lead the Insolvency department from a strong starting position, benefiting from an existing client base and consistent cross‑referrals from the firm’s wider commercial offering. The role involves advising receivers, liquidators, insolvency practitioners and trustees in bankruptcy on a broad range of contentious insolvency matters, with a particular focus on asset recovery and claims to maximise creditor returns.
You will have full support in marketing, networking and team growth, with autonomy over strategy and department development.
