This well-established, Legal 500 law firm are experiencing significant growth and are looking for an entrepreneurial Corporate Lawyer to join the team as their head of department. You will have full support to grow the department and autonomy over key decisions that affect the firm\’s growth and direction.

The Role
The firm is looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial Corporate Lawyer to lead their Corporate department in Liverpool.
You will be responsible for leading and directing the growth of the Corporate Department while being supported by the firm in marketing and networking. You will be starting in a warm position and can leverage their existing client base and cross referrals from their strong departments as a full-service firm.
You will work on a varied and interesting caseload, including acquisitions and disposals, mergers, restructuring, and refinancing.
The role comes with excellent prospects for progression, with clear earnings potential pathway upon expanding the team
Requirements
- You will be a Corporate Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to experience)
- Comfortable developing business and generating work
- Previous experience in leading a team is desirable
