You'll be trusted to run your matters with a high degree of autonomy, supported by a wider team when you need it.The role is particularly suited to someone who has reached the point in their career where progression, influence and the ability to make a difference matter as much as the quality of the work itself.As a Senior Associate, you'll also have an important role in the development of those around you. You'll work alongside Partners to support junior solicitors and trainees, share your knowledge and help create the kind of team environment where people can develop and perform at their best.The firm is continuing to build its presence across Scotland, creating opportunities for experienced lawyers to play a meaningful part in that growth.
