The Role
In this high-performing Real Estate team you will be engaged in some of the highest-quality work in the country. Working closely with Partners, the team are supportive and collaborative. It is an environment where you can flourish and quickly develop your skills and progress in your career. The team are heavily involved in Scottish and English Real Estate transactions, and you will focus on the full spectrum of matters including:
- Negotiating contracts and the sale, purchase, and lease of a variety of properties
- Managing areas of commercial property and investment property
- Acting on behalf of high-profile investors and developers
- Regularly correspond with clients with updates on their case
- Working as a team on large-scale projects while closely monitoring your workload
You will work alongside colleagues across the country in this varied role and will therefore be able to benefit from their collective and individual experience.
