The predicted salary is between 34650 - 42350 £ per year.
In this role, you’ll run your own caseload from the outset, handling a mix of transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages and new builds. Clients often return time and again, so there’s a real opportunity to build lasting relationships and become a familiar, trusted name in the local market.

- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
- Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of title and new builds
- Assisting with supervision of junior team members
