The Role is an unparalleled opportunity to join the heart of a prestigious and talented Tier 1-rated Financial Litigation team. Taking on a diverse range of financial services litigation matters, you will take ownership of exciting clients and support them by providing in-depth advice and legal expertise. Often high-value, complex and sensitive, the caseload will involve you working with one of the largest specialist teams in the country to service a renowned national and international client base. You will work with premier lenders, investment companies, building societies and the full range of banking institutions: clearing, international and digital banks. Gain exposure to the full range of financial matters including general banking, financial crime, cryptocurrency, mortgages, professional negligence and much more.

Some of your main duties will include:

  • Working with high-profile clients, meeting the firm’s customer care standards
  • Monitoring your caseload efficiently, while being asked to support other team members on large-scale projects
  • Investigating claims and preparing the correct analysis and advice for clients
  • Develop and plan documentation to take to court regarding debt recovery
  • Working with senior staff to conduct financial investigation reports and then review these
  • Ensure you are always being honest and advising clients on the best course of action
  • Always evaluate how the firm’s structure works and provide feedback on this to senior colleagues
  • Reviewing work undertaken by external organisations
  • Ensuring the overall database is up to date and work is being completed to a high standard
  • Meet fee-earning targets
