Your main duties will include:
- Supporting clients in the creation of new products and services by offering comprehensive regulatory guidance, from product structuring and agreement drafting to communications and complex system development.
- Ensuring you are working closely with Partners to support junior team members' professional development.
- Aiding clients in implementing regulatory obligations, including those related to BNPL, consumer credit, and payment reforms.
- Presenting at client events and various conferences.
- Providing assistance when things don’t go as planned, including evaluating regulatory challenges and developing remediation strategies.
- Actively undertaking business development activities with potential clients and working closely with Partners to grow the department.
- Helping clients navigate general regulatory compliance, including compliance with Consumer Duty and consumer protection laws.
