The Role
- Join a well-established commercial team that works closely with corporate, disputes, employment and data colleagues, advising clients across the full commercial lifecycle.
- Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including high-value services, supply, outsourcing and distribution agreements.
- Advising on technology-driven, IP-rich and operational contracts that underpin clients' day-to-day businesses.
- Supporting corporate transactions with commercial, IP, data-sharing and transitional arrangements.
- Working directly with in-house counsel, founders and senior management at client organisations.
- Exposure to UK and international projects, including multi-jurisdictional and cross-border matters.
- The emphasis is on pragmatic, commercially focused advice rather than purely transactional drafting.
About You
- 2+ years' PQE with experience in commercial contracts.
- Background from a strong regional, national or recognised in-house team.
- Comfortable advising on a varied commercial contracts portfolio.
- An interest in working closely with corporate colleagues on broader deals and projects.
- Confident, client-facing and commercially minded.
- Keen to develop within a growing, business-focused practice.
