The Firm:
Due to consistent, organic growth, this firm has doubled in size over the past 7 years and has exciting plans to build on this nationally. They currently have more than 7 offices across the North West, servicing an interesting client base of national corporations, SMEs, and HNW individuals.
The firm is well-known for the number of homegrown partners that it houses, and you can expect a high level of investment in your career development and progression. Over 85% of their Partners came in at the trainee/junior level and have worked their way up to Partnership in a short period.
One of the best things about the firm is its culture, evidenced by its extremely high staff retention rate. Whilst the firm is now well over 100 Lawyers strong, they have retained a family feel, and office politics are non-existent. Once we are back to normal, there will be regular social events, including nights out and days away, that allow you to build close relationships with your colleagues within your team and the wider firm.
The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a Family Solicitor to join a close-knit Family team in Chester.
Ideally, you will have experience undertaking and managing a mixed caseload of private matters. The role will allow you to run your caseload of Divorce/Finance and Children files.
You will gain exposure to a broad range of interesting and complex work across Private Family Law.

Requirements:
You will be a Family Solicitor with a minimum of 3+ years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to experience)
